We had great fishing both day and night all weekend for Porgy’s! Many anglers on board the Marilyn Jean IV limited out on medium to XL scup in calm waters not far from Sheepshead Bay. We are still sailing every day and night for Porgy at 7am to 3pm and 7pm to 12am.

Nice Weather is Finally Here And The Fishing is Still Amazing !!
The Porgy’s continue to bite their heads off ! There are also the usual mix of Seabass, Triggerfish, Fluke and Mackerel around. 7am to to 3pm & 7pm to 12am trips have continued to load up on fish with average catches of 20-50 keepers per person. Come and join us day or night on our open boat fishing trips from Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn, NY and enjoy some great fishing in real nice comfortable weather. BIG PORGY’s & LING Are Here on the 7am Trips !
Fishing on the 7am trips has been pretty good lately, with some nice BIG Porgy’s showing up and plenty of tasty Ling in the ocean. Also some fluke, Flounder and Bluefish have been mixed in on some days ! Night fishing remains hot with big Blues and Bass coming up on the 7pm trips.

Good action on the 7pm to 12 midnight Striped Bass and Bluefish trips continues, with Bass up to 31 pounds and mixed sized Blues coming up with an occasional Fluke in the mix. The day trips are seeing good numbers of tasty Ling when we fish the deeper drops and a few Porgy’s inshore. We caught some nice Fluke inshore last week on bad weather days. Weather is looking great this week and the Marilyn Jean is sailing everyday two trips a day.
Also look for Capts Lady half day Fluke trips through Memorial Day weekend.
Ling Are Starting to Bite + Night Striped Bass
The Ling fishing seems to get better everyday average catches of 10 plus fish per man lately and getting better. We have also seen a few nice Codfish to take the pools. The Striped Bass have also been biting on the pm trips.
